Self-care isn't just bubble baths and face masks (although those can be nice too!). It's about taking care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. That might mean getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, or saying no to commitments that drain your energy. When you prioritize self-care, you're giving yourself the tools you need to manage anxiety and take on whatever life throws your way.
