Your first session (intake session) will focus on beginning the process of getting to know you and your reason for embarking on your therapeutic journey. This session will involve assessment and conversation about your history, your life, your relationships, and more.

Although insurance is not currently accepted, health savings account cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo are an accepted form of payment. Contact your insurance company regarding possible out-of-network benefits.
